We've been on over 70 cruises, and this one was the worst. Our cabin wreaked of tobacco smoke. The casino wreaked of tobacco smoke. The pool area wreaked of tobacco smoke. Smoke was coming through the ventilation system. It got to the point where it was nauseating. We felt sick. The ship sold cartons of cigarettes... buy three get one free.

In addition, Wi-Fi on the ship didn't work. Our connection was repeatedly dropped within minutes, or even seconds, of connecting. Even during off peak hours, the internet connection didn't work.

The ship's response to these problems was, "There's nothing we can do about it." Read more
