We went on the edge to see the new type of ship celebrity was putting out.The ship was beautiful. Everything was neat and clean. The cabins were immaculate. We enjoyed the new veranda balcony. It was nice being able to see outside without the wind and heat entering the room.We opened the balcony windows twice and decided that it was better keeping the heat and moisture out of the room. The black out curtains were wonderful.Never had to worry about sunlight sneaking in early morning. The restaurants were all well maintained and each looked a little different than the others. What we didn't like was the menus repeating every night. You only had nine choices of food every night no matter which restauant you picked to eat in. Food was delicious but it gets tiring seeing the same meat, fish and patsa dishes for eleven nights. The one lobster tail was free but after you took it out of the shell, it was four inches long which is about three bites.Miss getting a second lobster tail for free.I didn't feel paying $16.99 was worth the price of a second lobster tail.We found the entertainment boring .The only night that we enjoyed the theatre was the night they had something called funky music. The ship seemed to cater to people in their eighties and we are much younger than that.Getting on and off the edge was quicker than any ship that we have been on in the past.Luggage came quickly and room attendants were always there if you needed anything. We also booked another cruise while on board because you get on board credits which you dont always get with a travel agent. We look foward to going on the newest shipcoming out,the Ascent!
