Have sailed on NCL on 3 occasions and 2 other cruise lines as well. Had minor issues on previous cruises but nothing worth a negative review and had enjoyable experiences. This current one was terrible, from the food to thedelays and the confusion on board. You can tell the ship was way understaffed and the crew was exhausted trying to keep up with their responsibilities. But they still did their best and with a smile. Did not stop at 2 of the planned ports, reason given was safety but other cruise lines went to those ports. Arrived 8 hours late to one of the ports and did not understand why that was the case, several different reasons given. I myself made the mistake of doing a cruise next deposit on a previous cruise and will lose that money, but I will never pay to sail on NCL again. You can see it has gone on a downward spiral as quite a few other corporations have to show cost savings and create higher profit for those up the chain and shareholders. Highly disappointed and would not recommend this cruise line for anyone in the future. Too many other cruise lines offering more options and better pricing.
