We loved the new ship, decor was beautiful. Tons of dining options and some of the best food we have had on any cruise (we have been on Disney, Celebrity, RC, Norwegian and Costa). Indulge food hall is a game changer, and we were never disappointed in anything we got there. Cabins seems far more spacious than other cruises with great storage. Furniture on balcony was actually comfortable, no cheap strap chairs. After a week we still found nooks and crannies with bars and lounges that were new to us. Observation lounge is a great hangout space. I had an injury that required using elevator instead of stairs and other than 1st day getting on we never had an issue with elevators being crowded at all. Embarkation and debarkation were the easiest we have ever had on any cruise. My minor issues:
1. Kids club maxes out fast, teen club has VERY limited hours. It was fine for us because we found family things to do, but for a ship of its size they clearly don't intend it to be one where kids spend a lot of time in programming. Pools are small too, not an issue for us but if you have kids that love pool time on the boat they will be disappointed.
2. You have to make reservations for escape room, go carts, darts. We were never able to do any of those amenaties
Highly recommend Chris Jamaica tours. We did a private driver and it was the most reasonably priced private tour we have ever had. It was my daughter's birthday and they went out of their way to source a delicious birthday cake for us to have at lunch. The driver, Pepsi, even bought her a little gift in the store we went to. This was a great value for a relaxed day, by using a private driver we beat all the crowds to our destinations.
