I choose this trip because It was a good introduction of this expedition new ship from Seabourn , this would be my third cruise on Seabourn which I was very impress with their service and overall quality in the past 2 cruises especially for what you pay for , my cruise was only 7 days from Buenos Aire to Rio , unfortunately I was to do the Iquitos to Manaus but this was canceled , the ship came in to Buenos Aires with no stabilizer working , since they were damage and their for making the trip not as high tech comfortable as its was intended to be , Venture Is beautiful and designed is for cold climates , how ever for me personally I do enjoy a full size pool and its a deal breaker the bow jaccuzzy which in this class expeditionary has been voided making the bow just a view platform during daylight if weather permited , not my passion if your redirected to the stern all the time , I found it to be understaff , their was no glamour , no caviar , no Thomas Keller , the interior I found it to be cold on design and it was lacking entertainment , yes no shows , no casino just , your limited on tis to do , you can’t be eating all the time but that was it .. my cabin was on deck 7 and that was very nice and even better than the larger ships of seabourn , It only takes a few negative points in services to makes a negative review . How ever I like to point out that embarkation in Buenos Aires was beyond superb in less than 10 minutes I was on my cabin . Hopefully Seabourn outs their signature bow Jacuzzi on this expedition , since their pool leaves a lot to be desire , the food looks nice on the plate but taste less and dining services was well attended at the restaurants , but the food was not that tasty
excelent !
Seabourn has made embarkation own Buenos Aires like a jet set . incredible , in Buenos Aires there was 2 very large ships Costa and Holland. there must of been more than 3000 people at the same time embarking and it truly took less than 15 minutes to be in my cabin thanks to seabourn coordination
