I'm going to keep this brief. My wife and I have cruised many times,and decided to try MSC. The price was fantastic. Now I know why. Lines,li es,Lines! Omg!! Food was awful,they ran out of alcohol, service was non existent. Drink package was a waste because you couldn't get a drink. Everything you tried to do was a hassle. Now with that being said. The balcony room was very nice. But there were no plugs by the bed. Hey MSC we have cell phones! There is a adult only section which was nice but couldn't a drink. Lines were up to half an hour.This was actually the 1st cruise we ever been on where we couldn't even get a alcohol buzz. Very disappointed in MSC just wanted to enjoy my only vaction for the year. Please people trust me Do Not Take This Cruise!! Spend your money on another cruise line.
