This was my family and my first time cruising with MSC and we all said we would never cruise with this company again. 1. We departed the boat at 7am and we are currently sitting here waiting for our bags because we were never told they needed to be grabbed before leaving customs. We were herded in a line out to customs and when we asked where to get our luggage they told us it supposed to be grabbed before leaving customs. There were no signs or anybody telling us nothing so how are we supposed to know. They wouldn’t allow us back into the area to get our luggage and said we would have to wait until everyone was off the boat. The bags would then have to be re scanned and then sent out to us. Nobody was helpful they just stated there was nothing that could be done this was the only way. 2. You have to pay for everything even if you have additional packages. My daughter couldn’t go down the water slide without needing to pay for a pass. 3. It is so disorganized getting off at the ports, I am flabbergasted at how they do it because there are so many way that would make it easier. We lost 2-3 hours just waiting in line to just get off. 4. There were lines for everything like the buffet and bar. The pools, hot tubs and elevators were always over crowded and full. 5. This had nothing to do with the ship itself but the people were so rude they would cut you in line cut you off when walking and not even care. My family and I always make the best of any situation and still had a good time but now we know to stick with Royal Caribbean. It’s a shame because the ship is really pretty, the wait staff was really nice and accommodating but that’s not enough for me to cruise with them again.
