We chose this cruise for the ship and the itinerary. Going into we knew she was old, however five months prior we were on the Infinity for a seven days cruise. It was excellent. So we went into it with all positives. Mistake. From no varletry in food nor wine to short staff.

Note this was the first ship we used in 2004 with Celebrity. The food and service then was excellent. After 19 years my partner and I thought this is the way to sail into elite plus status...wrong. In fact after the first of nine days collectively we knew we made a big mistake.

Service was bad, food was cold, so much food in the MDR was sent back it could have fed a small town. No taste to what is supposed to be 4 star dining. Well, not on this ship. Read more
