My husband and I took the Serina cruise March 3rd - 10th. First we stayed in a penthouse room. Our butler was wonderful and housekeeper took great care of us. The Red Ginger was a great experience and food. We did have one good meal at you main restaurant and waves was our go to for lunch. Our disappointment started at the main restaurant when our food sat out for some time (my husband watched server) and was delivered the meal/lobster was barely warm. They asked how the meal was and our response was it cold and we didn't eat it. It was left to us as to how to rectify the situation. The head of service even told my husband if you want grilled lobster go to waves for lunch. Rude! Then we went to Tuscono steak house. My husband ordered a rib eye steak. It was maybe .5 to .75 inch thick and very tough. The steak knife wouldn't even cut through it. I gave him my knife and it cut. My husband told the server about the knife and he was disregarded. Only a small portion of the steak was eataen. My veal scaloppini was mediocre. High tea was just ok. No scones and coddled cream served. Princess cruise has a better high tea.

We booked a future cruise on board with Iwana on the second day. After the food situations we decided to cancel the cruise on the 7th day. She said the cruise was cancelled and the $300 onboard credit was removed. So I thought we would be getting our $500 deposit back. Well no. I chatted and called and apparently Iwana didn't cancel cruise and I will have to go through my very busy travel agent.
