What an amazing disappointment! After going on the Escape in April of 2022 we thought the Bliss would be even better. Were we wrong! The ship was clean, staff was kind when you could find them, but overall it was ok. This was the second cruise in a row that a port was cancelled, Costa Mia due to winds, which I agreed with. But it would have been nice to get some type of compensation or at least try to go to an alternative port.
Finding a waiter or waitress was impossible on the pool deck, along with finding a chair, unless you woke up at 6 am and saved them. At least 20 minutes for a drink at the bar, and they really pushed premade frozen drinks with cheap booze. The food was ok at Taste, Savor and the Manhattan Room. If you came at the wrong time, good luck getting a table and at one point the hostess was rude and wouldn't let us put our names in. We did Hibachi one night, it was pretty good but not worth the price. They need to change the menus more often and use better cuts of meat. The buffet was good, but at times it was chaos and seating was difficult to find depending on the meal.
People still need to wash their hands, thought I was going to puke on multiple occasions watchin grown men leaving a stall, not washing their hands, then entering the buffet and not washing them there.
Very small, the bathroom was cramped and the shower door didn't close correctly.
My sons did the zip lines and had a blast, lots of fun and relaxation
The Macaw/Monkey excursion with a beach day was a blast!
