I cannot recommend this cruise line at all. If you want a "pretty" ship to look at then it had that. If you want good food, service and activities go elsewhere. We arrived with a dirty cabin. IT takes 7 hours to get a towel..ice...bedding... pillow.. toilet paper. Mini bar unlocked. 7 hours was the minimum time time it took. You cannot get your own ice and often it never came. Entire day. Ordered laundry service 13 items on Tuesday 8 am paid $180 for expedited service to have that evening. Called 7 times. It arrived A day later at 9 pm. Do not listen to reception their facts are incorrect. Drinks at bar minimum wait 25 minutes . Food same everyday. Greasy. High carbs. Terrible check out procedures. Not enough help in any area. No service around pools. Ocean cay boring and self serving since msc owns it. Go elsewhere.
