Where do I start....

Embarking time was 12-12:30, we arrived at Tampa port and line ups were very long, either passengers disregarded their time slots or NCL was very disorganized with registering passengers. We finally got through the process and arrived on the ship but had to wait for our room to be ready. Went to Garden Cafe (buffet) only half the buffet was open. We had an Oceanview room. No complaints about the room. The first night and day there were no issues. Then the fun started...Our first excursion, we had to meet in the Stardust Theater for specified times as designated on the tickets, we arrive at the Theater which is full of passengers to go on excursions at different time slots. We were led down from Level 6 to Level 4 to disembark only to stand in line again on the Pier in your specified group. What was the reason to meet in the Theater first, when we could just have left the ship to go directly to the Pier. This was repeated for each excursion day. The Pier was also unorganized, waiting for buses or other means of transportation. Some of the excursions were not worth the price we paid for them. When we arrived back to the Ship after the excursion, other excursions were returning as well, people are hungry and head up to the Garden Cafe (buffet) only to have half the buffet open. Line ups were almost to the hallways. We seen the Dining Manager with some of the Chefs observing the line ups however the same issue happened day to day. When we finally did get our plates filled, the food was fair to good. However, trying to find an empty table was the next challenge. NOTE: passengers should NOT play cards or games during meals times as there are not enough tables for everyone. Stress factor rises as you are looking for a table and see passengers occupying a table to play cards !

Lack of deck chairs other than pool area but good luck in trying to obtain one there. !!!
