Had signed up for a 4 class barre package Friday before departure. When arrived friends went to spa and was told they were cancelled. I expected to automatically get a refund, not so. Waited 7 days and I had to go to request a refund. Poor customer service.
Hubby and I had booked a couples massage. Went to spa to be told they didn’t have a room for couples, we would be in separate rooms. How can you sell something you can’t accommodate.
Cabin Review
Nice. Bed was hard but asked our cabin person, Kamoon, was great. He got me a pillow top and I slept great. He did a great job.
