The MSC sales agent told us the ship would have about 3000 passengers. Once on board we were told there were 4400. The ship was not staffed to support that many passengers. Service was slow, lines to do just about anything on the ship.
5th floor dining room management was unresponsive. The first night we asked for a permanent table for 6. We eventually got assigned seating, but it was not together, wasn’t even close. We did not get to dine with our friends the entire cruise.
First morning of the cruise I went to get Bloody Mary’s for breakfast. Tried 4 bars, they were all out of stock. So, I switched to Mimosas, they too were out of stock. They corrected the stocking levels for the rest of the cruise, but it was not a good way to start the cruise.
