We chose this cruise for the itinerary— had booked it in 2020, but it was cancelled, so we were very excited to finally go. Had a concierge level room. 11610 with a tub. To keep this short- here are pictures of the tub water (see below). No adjustments, no apologies. Told to contact Guest Services in Miami- got a crappy form letter saying how wonderful NCL is!! We have been on 18 cruises on numerous cruise lines but this was first and last on NCL.

The ship itself is very tired - the arms of the chairs in the dining room are worn through to stuffing. Steward was very good. Food mediocre. Has the worst fish and chips I’ve ever had in O’Sheehan’s Grill - served cold, coating of fish soggy. Alizar dining room very nice. Cagney’s Steak house nice- but what steak house does not have Malbec wine!! That was a theme around whole ship- didn’t have, or ran out of drink (Diet Coke!!) and others.

All in all would not suggest or even consider another NCL cruise
