Paid a whole lot to sit in a tiny cabin for a week. Starting day one there was no internet, although we all paid and were charged. Although internet is optional, app access is required for dining/activities, and when their internet is out it your problem, not theirs. Excursions were cancelled for no good reason. False advertising of their private island at Princess Cays (can’t enter water unless in a tiny roped area, this includes snorkeling with nothing to see, captive sting rays vs a wild sting ray experience - horrible as they clearly have no regard for conservation efforts and animal welfare). While room service and waiter were wonderful (directly tipped employees) the remainder of the staff was very rude and unprofessional. Guest services kept giving incorrect and conflicting information and were rude about it. There was no consideration of rules on the ship that ensure everyone can have a good time, staff are clueless as to their own ship rules clearly posted on the wall and if you ask them to please enforce the rules, they won’t. Still on the cruise and honestly would prefer to get off at the next stop and fly home. A complete waste of money. I will never travel with Carnival Cruise Line again. A huge disappointment.
