I’ve done 20+ on carnival. I chose this cruise out of Jacksonville because it was reasonably close and cheap. No way would I do this cruise if I didn’t cruise several times last year.

I was very surprised and delighted how it has been refurbished. Everything is very clean and painted, with little rust. Bedside charging outlets are new. Huge flat screen.

The crew was superb. The dining room was very, very very slow. Even after talking to the maître d’. we had any time dining. We never had the same waiter. Maybe that was the problem.

Cabin Review

Interior

Interior, right by the atrium, empress level. Room attendant was excellent. Asked for a lot of extras and ice. Cabin was clean. TV was huge. Very small pedestal sink. Not much room in the bathroom. Towels were somewhat old and dingy compared to other ships.

Port Reviews

Nassau

They’re cleaning up Nassau. Stopped at Gems and Jewels International located 1 block off from straw market. I’ve purchased jewelry here previously and this guy is honest.

Princess Cays

I’ve been here a few times. Bring water shoes. The DJ ruined it because of terrible loud music and screaming. I just want to hear the waves.
