We chose this cruise because we had a leftover credit (pandemic). We typically choose "Aqua class" even though the room is same as standard but access to restaurant "Blu" is a bonus. However, we noticed that the food was inconsistent at Blu- at times excellent, others food was cold, meat undercooked, and vegetables often overcooked. The first night we were advised to go to the main dining room unless we wanted to eat at 2100hrs so we did. That was a real disappointment. The shrimp cocktail was made up of very small anemic shrimps and my pasta with bolognese sauce looked like it came out of a can-was cold, one tablespoon of meat, scant amount of sauce. We had travelled standard class in the past (10 years ago) and the food was good then.
As for the room, it looked tired even though this ship was recently refurbished. From what we could see, only "lipstick and Mascara" type of renovation was done (covers, sofa covering)
The entertainment was good overall and there was variety
Aqua class- same furniture and layout at Standard balcony cabin except that we have access to Blu restaurant and the spa
Sheets rough and of low quality, towels "hit and miss". Cabin service person was excellent but appeared to be working every single day we were there.
