This was the perfect blend of South American ports and 2.5 days around the Antarctica Peninsula. The highlight of course was Antarctica and combined with on board lectures and slow cruising around Fin Whales and Penguins it was a wildlife enthusiasts Dean - plenty of photography opportunities as well. NCL were at there usual high standard of service, food and cleanliness. The speciality restaurant seemed more expensive than before but the standards of cuisine was very good.

Our cabin was a disabled one - nicely laid out and larger than normal 9206 - good position mid ships Best speciality restaurant was Cagneys but all were good. Staff were excellent and I would recommend this cruise to anybody unable to justify an Expedition cruise, this is a good lower cost alternative. Catering for the two vegetarians in our group was OK but not very special. Overall it was an excellent cruise - more details here on my blog www.RoysTravelBlogs.Wordpress.com
