We have been on 7 cruises with Royal and Carnival and we have never done a public review, but people need to know how bad MSC is. I'm being 100 percent honest.
Crew is rude (it felt so weird ordering drinks without a hello or even one word spoken. Just a finger pointing to a card reader for payment. The same thing happened at the casino cashier.
Long waits at least 15 minutes every drink you order. (sometimes 30 minutes.) Bars were not stocked the whole time. It got really bad day 6.
