Choose them for price & itinerary, service was bad, buffets are $2.99 Las Vegas style, our suite & balcony were unusable for seven days due to work during day, cruise on board managers are unavailable, hand gel stations constantly empty, slow service, tables, chairs and public areas are unavailable due to staff allowing them to be reserved even when they are used for hours & hours. Staff do not care, their are lots of better ships & cruises - don’t waste your money on an MSC cruise like I did. MSc doesn’t care, staff don’t care, have yet to receive one follow up to my compliant from management staff. Have video & photos documentation, they don’t care. You pay extra for a balcony, they don’t care if it’s unavailable for your use during your stay. Noise from work was so loud in our room we couldn’t hear each other in a normal conversation.
