My wife and I chose this ship for several reasons: the itinerary, the time of year, Port Canaveral is close to our home and it was a new ship we wanted to experience. The pros: large staterooms, food was good and our stateroom attendant was excellent. The cons: the buffet was way undersized for the amount of passengers, as was the entertainment venues. The ship is a virtual labyrinth when it comes to navigating around trying to find places. The bars were WAY understaffed; some bars had long lines of people waiting for drinks, and forget about waiters taking your drink orders. Not all bars had the same common mixed drinks and bottled/canned beverages. Of course you don't know this after waiting in line for 20 minutes. The small venues for shows had very limited seating so most people had to stand. We experienced several, not many, but some staff members who were downright rude and uncaring, as if we were bothering them. Overall, not a good experience. We've had FAR better experiences on other Norwegian ships.
