This is our 3rd time on a cruiseship, 1st time on this one. The waiters and bar staff were amazing, got on better with them than the passengers. Food was good, Cabin was ok, we asked for an Oceanview and got a porthole, a big deal breaker for me was no access to do laundry or ironing, you had to pay to have your laundry done and was very expensive especially being from NZ and everything was in USD. Lack of information given and when asked was made to feel like peasants. Make sure you read about your beverage package as we had the beverage package included that said a 6 litre water free but turned out when we asked for it it wasnt included in ours as per fine print.

Entertainment was so so really good band in 1 bar but that was it, had a good nightclub and the shows were OK but not every night.
