We chose this ship to celebrate our 30th anniversary. We booked a penthouse suite.

Overall, the cruise ship is beautiful and the staff are well trained, vey polite, and seem to be really happy to bon the ship and provide a great customer service. When you book a suite you also get a concierge lounge which was a game changer for us. Kevin, Alexandria, Fiorella were all amazing and truly made our stay extra special. Kevin calling to get us reservations when we were told they were booked. Alexandria and Fiorella, amazing smiles and welcomes every time you see them. The lounge has a HH from 5-7pm, and is stocked with food, drinks, coffee, teas 24hours per day.

The food - the restaurants were truly amazing - Sabatini's, Crown Grill and French Bistro - wow! Our favorite is Sabatini's but be ready to eat A LOT for 2 hours. We had the premium drink package - it was amazing - excellent drinks, and nice to have it fully paid for prior to getting on board. Btw, we had room service for dinner once and lunch another time - both served on time, hot and delicious. The cabin was truly beautiful - the suite was spacious, BUT the outdoor balcony was larger than many apartments, it wraps around the back of the ship - awesome to spend time outside with just the 2 of us on a large beautiful balcony. Many people complain about the medallion app and I would say it was another game changer for us. We ordered food, drinks, checked our bill, scheduled services, and so much more! It comes with a dime sized medallion that also opens doors, gets you off and on the ship, etc.. Great technology! Yes, its true that at times the internet is very slow. Read more
