1. The Port Canaveral personnel do an excellent job of checking in and boarding the ship.

2. The food in the main dining room has declined substantially. Portions are small and two of the nights the meal was inedible. Very poor quality. The waiters did a good job, but not as professional as previously. The pizza and Guys burgers were both very good. The deli sandwiches were mediocre. Plus, the lines for the deli and Guys burgers were always incredibly long. Not enough help. Breakfast omelets were made fresh and good.

3. There is limited staff for beverage service. While at the pool, only a couple of times did anyone approach us asking if we wanted a drink. Most of time was spent standing at the bar waiting for someone to prepare your drink. Not enough bartenders. Waiting 20 minutes for a drink is unacceptable.
