SUMMARY

The Norwegian Jade is a nice sized ship with a good layout and a spacious theatre. The main dining rooms were well organized and quite spacious. The various specialty dining venues were even better and we enjoyed several good meals in Le Bistro, Cagney's, La Cucina and Moderna. The Teppanyaki was entertaining and we enjoyed the food there but the Jasmine (free anytime) was very mediocre.

Evening entertainment was limited and repetitive. We found little to do of interest on sea days. Service was good but charges seemed high. Most places accepted USD or credit cards. NCL excursions are now very over-priced and not very exciting, so we made our own arrangements with the locals.

Cabin Review

Our initial impressions were not great, as the cabin was the smallest we have ever had and it had limited storage space. The safe did not work and took 2 days to replace after many calls. The cabin bathrooms were small but adequate and the shower looked dated but was actually a good size.
