We were in the Retreat with a Sky Suite. The cabin attendant and butler were outstanding. They knew our schedule and the cabin was clean and refreshed upon our return every day and night without fail. They couldn't do enough for us.

Our experience in the Luminae was terrific. The waiter, assistant and sommelier were engaging and attentive to our every needs. There was a good choice of entree's and everyday alternatives. The menu was very similar to our previous cruises. Never left a meal feeling like we didn't have enough. Quality was excellent and if needed our waiter would add multiple entrée items for your dinner... for example my wife had both the lobster and scallops on "Lobster Night".

Excellent service on the Retreat deck and in the Lounge. The Concierge's made our Specialty Restaurant reservations and changes without any problems. The snacks and light lunches were perfect. Read more
