Our first sign that something was amiss was before we even arrived. As we were driving up to the boat, we saw a rusty, grimey mess near the upper portions of the back of the ship. Admittedly, this is on the uppermost floors nearer the smoke stacks, but this was bad even for that location and everyone remarked on it.

The security line was lengthy, but tolerable.

As soon as we walked on the boat, we signed into the Wi-Fi and App and booked the remaining shows we were not able to pre-book: a unnecessarily stressful and cumbersome ordeal when juggling your luggage and children seconds into setting foot into the Royal Promenade.
