Awful experience from start to finish.

Aftercare after booking was lackluster, cold and surly. I wont even go into the nightmare mess up they made with our flights, flying 4 of us separately on the same booking). We ended up booking and paying for our own airfare when NCL refused to change our flights, even though United Airlines said they would be happy to change our flights for free if NCL made the change for us, but they wouldn't. Once we had booked our cruise, they did their best to be as unhelpful as they could. Horrendous contact centre staff and rude CHAT staff.

Onboard - i really do not know where to start. The food was terrible. We ate at 5 specialty restaurants. Only two were any good (Cagney's and the Teppanyaki). The Brazilian was inedible. Le Bistro had the worst service, appalling in fact. La Cucina service and food was shocking. When we reached the end of our meal in the Brazilian, i was handing a dessert menu that was disgustingly filthy - covered in grease, food and wine glass stains. How is this acceptable in a pre-pandemic era? I pointed this out to the waiter who just shrugged it off. (I complained about this - more on that later).

Cabin Review

Mini-Suite with Large Balcony

Room was okay, not massive but well kept and serviced amazingly. We were deck 8, cabin 8720.
