Embarking party
No birds were in cages. Dominican Republic was beautiful.
Leaving Miami. Sat on the back deck and ate some amazing food. It was beautiful.
Dominican Republic, poolside so relaxing.
While at the Dominican Republic we took a ride to one of the local beaches. I’m sure we stuck out like a sore thumb, but they were very nice to us. Our taxi driver even stayed with us so we didn’t have to wait for a ride back.
My new tattoo, given to me on the ship by an amazing tattoo artist. I forgot her name but of the 15 tattoos I have, this is my new favorite.
Bingo with a diva!!! Must see
The filet from the Wake was unbelievably good.
Small bites, they really know how to cook shrimp. Not once was it over cooked!!!
The Test Kitchen

Our room Stewart was Singh and we didn’t see him much but when we did he always had a smile and asked us if we needed anything. He was respectfully of our belongings. Love him! As for the beds, they are on the harder side but we don’t mind as our mattress at home is harder. Our pillows were anything but flat, they were very nice. The food was amazing. We went to almost all the restaurants and were always treated like royalty, we loved the Wake the most for overall food, the razzel dazzel was good and the bacon was AMAZING. The small bites on the back deck at The Dock was so good. Rahit was the first person to talk to us and was happy and very personable. His suggestion for food was right on, and we really enjoyed the small bites. My husband and I could try everything and reorder anything we wanted and we did just that. We were never given dirty looks for ordering or grabbing too much food, and the only thing that we didn’t LOVE was the sushi. But we are kind of sushi snobs. The shows were amazing, our favorite was Bingo with the DIVA, both of the performers during this show or game were so pleasant. You can really tell when people love what they do and both of them did an AMAZING job. On our last night we went to the test kitchen, and due to getting a tattoo then getting sunburned on that tattoo (stupid I know, it wasn’t on purpose) the only shoes I could wear that didn’t hurt my feet were my slippers, and they never once questioned my attire or made me feel bad about it. Anyway, The Test Kitchen was so fun, Randy was our server, he didn’t get irritated with me taking photos or videos of our meals. He was funny, and explained everything so well. I didn’t care for the smoke on my egg dish but the dish itself was pretty good. The couple next to us didn’t eat meat, and so the menu they had was different than ours. Another table wanted to try both meats and all they did was ask and they were given both. It was awesome. We attended the Zumba class, my husband who has no rhythm joined and he had fun, no one judged him. The instructor was awesome, I think they should have water accessible for those who didn’t have a water bottle. Also, not sure why they held it outside on the top deck, if one of the rooms was open inside like it was with the VHS classes. But it was beautiful, we had to quit a little early because I got overheated, I don’t do well in the heat and started to get goose bumps, I knew I was overheating. I wish we would have packed our own water because the only water I actually drank was from our room, I wish the water around the ship was a little better but again I am a snob when it comes to my water as that is almost all I drink. I loved being able to walk where I wanted, being left alone when I wanted, being talked to even when the crew was busy. I never felt like the food I ordered was an inconvenience, I love the small bites as I was able to try so much without feeling like I was wasting a lot of food if I didn’t care for something. The boat was full of people who loved their jobs, didn’t expect anything in return and when we tipped extra they were so appreciative. As for the type of people on the boat, it was a mix of everyone, all races, all genders, all sexual preferences and not once did we feel uncomfortable. We never noticed anyone soliciting, fighting, crying, yelling, or acting rowdy. This cruise was for everyone! It was not geared toward one group of people. I do wish there was more of a variety of music played. There was no country, no rock, no classic rock, and I didn’t hear rap. We don’t listen to rap, but the others we do. There was a lot of island or Spanish music and we enjoyed our time even without music we usually listen to. There was a young lady singing, we caught her on our last night, she was singing Miley Cyrus songs and more. She had a beautiful voice and we sat and listened to her for an hour I think. All in all, we would go again. And loved that there were no kids. There was a great mix of things to do, they have tried to appeal to all ages, and genders. We will be back!!

Cabin Review

Loved our cabin. Lots of outlets, lots of storage considering it was a boat. Brought snacks for the room and didn’t eat them. We were well fed and our room Stewart Singh was out of this world! He deserves a raise and accolades for his work!!

Port Reviews

Bimini

The drinks were not up to the ships standards. The drinks on the ship were good, and the food at the port was ok.
