We wanted to have something to compare our 6 previous cruises to on another line. We will be going back to our cruise company. We took another couple with us because they had never been on a cruise. I was embarrassed beyond words. Almost everything was bad. Their private island is beautiful but that is the extent of it service on the island is bad the food is only from 11:30 - 2pm when it is open we were there from 1:30 untill 8pm nothing but Hot Dogs and Hamburgs no buffet and bars closed at 4pm we just went back to the ship. The embarkation at the beginning during and end was a cluster I felt like a heard of cattle no organization at all. The ship is beautiful but very poorly designed 8 elevators and 4 are not working most of the time so you wait 3 to 5 minutes for an elevator. There is no forward elevator so you walk from the mid ship to your room in the front everytime you have to get something from your room or change. I averaged 3000 steps per day which is fine but my sister in law has bad knees it was terriable for her. The food was fair our waitress was a dingbat. You tell her what you want and she tells you "no you want this" no cocktail staff so you stand in line at the bar everytime you need a drink. The bartender staff is the best on the ship though. Now on to the passengers: they need some rules for these people the ABSOLUTE RUDEST PEOPLE I have ever encountered push you cut in front of you reach over you and act like they can't speak your language. Politeness is usually taught in all countries I thought. They go down to the pools before they ope. Put their towels on chairs and don't show up until after 1 pm. No one says anything to them. Probably the staff is afraid of them because they are violent and physical. On other ships I have been on the staff is so accommodating they really want you to have a great cruise experience on this ship they say all the right things but their actions show its all an act. The entertainment was ok it was like a high school musical. As I said the ship was beautiful but that is about it.

Cabin Review

Barely any air-conditioning I asked every day and was told "there is an open work order" I spent most nights on the balcony. I slept about 2 hours per night. I asked for a fan and was told " we don't have them" our room steward worked like a dog though I'm not sure when the poor man slept he was always working.

Port Reviews

Ocean Cay MSC Marine Reserve

The island is beautiful but if you don't want to eat between 11:30am and 2pm too bad the bars close on south beach 3 hours before you are due back to the ship and the service is terriable if you are mid 20s in a bikini you can get served if not you are told the bar is closed my husband and Brother made then serve them after they served a girl in a bikini. We were there for 7.5 hours and the only food available was a hamburg or hotdogs the buffet was closed.

Grand Cayman (Georgetown)

It was a nice shopping center but it was 60 per person to go to and from a beach so after you shopped there was nothing else to do

Ocho Rios

It was ok but the margaritiville I think Jimmy Buffett should visit the pool was dirty and so was the beach I have been to grand turk margaretaville and it was gorgeous this not so much
