Sail Date: Feb 2023

We had never sailed out of New Orleans before - was a fast an easy process. Not much standing in line here. Our bags were already at our cabin when we arrived on board at 1:30pm.

We had interior cabin 6245 - typical Carnival layout and furnishings, efficient and clean. Room stewards were amazing. During the evening shows in the theater we would get some noise in our cabin but given we were mostly out and about in the evenings we really did not care. Entertainment was outstanding. Food and associated service was top notch. Never had to wait in line for anything other than getting off the boat at the end of the cruise. Pools and hot-tubs were not overly crowded.

Mahogany Bay: Fantastic port. Enjoyed the private beach and the excursion to Daniel Johnson monkey and sloth hang out (shore excursion group).

Cabin Review

Was clean and comfortable - typical Carnival layout. Our cabin was right above the theater so we had some noise but nothing that bothered us too much.
