Ncl has the goal to provide cruises for the premium segment. But today they are far away. On our cruise from cape town to Athens we had following issues.The embarkation in Cape town took 2,5 hours’ time standing in a line at the cruise terminal, no organisation and information from NCL, In Richards bay we had to go on the passport control for South Africa. The most passenger came with delay from the excursions off the ship. The length of the line was through the whole ship. We waited one hour only to pick up our passport.
In Madagascar we came from the excursion, we waited 1 hour in the really hot sun, no cool towels, no water while waiting for the tender. NCL Security answers “It is what it is”
The excursions are bad organized, long bus tours, for instance to visit a crocodile park for 75 minutes, we drove 2x2 hours! No information about the very long bus ride.
Our club Balcony suite had enough space for this long cruise.
Latitudes program
Forget about the really small cartons of water and the latitudes party is also poor not compare with other cruise lines. The valuation of the real loyal guests is not good.
