Very disappointed

We booked this cruise last year to the ABC islands, my first and last Norwegian cruise. The EPIC ship recently refurbished- is ugly, dark, outdated, super crowded, service less than average, cabins extremely small, pools are a joke, what a disappointment! ☹️ i should have read all these reviews before booking. Skip this ship and save your money.

service at the Taste and Manhattan were painfully slow giving little time to get seating for the amateur shows. The library is open for an hour a day at crazy times. internet was down several days. bathroom toilets were stopped up with dreadful consequences. We soent half days at 2 of the largest and more interesting islands rovving us of valuable rec time. The ship is trying to save si much fuel at slower speeds that they dont get to ports early and create a bad situation when we arrived to desired beaches and destinations that were so full that we couldnt find a decent place to sit or protection from the sun.
