We took this cruise as We had a credit from 2019. The ship looked like the Quest but there were differences. The food was fine but not great. The staff were excellent especially the concierge. The room was adequate-abit worn. The lecturer Dr. Joe was great. We would have liked more of this type of activity.. The onshore excursions seemed to lack good guides. City tour and Sugar loaf in Rio missed the first part as the Cathedral was closed. We found this out when we couldn’t get in. It was a four day holiday in Rio and closed for security reasons we were told due to risk with influx of people. They included this also the next day and still closed. The ship gave a 20 per cent refund.
Punta del Este Uruguay offered a better. Guide. This maybe because she spoke English well and was a University student. The US$ ATM didn’t works so we were short of US dollars.
More educational activities would have helped . When we embarked my husband not on the list although he had boarding pass.
