We are sapphire level Norwegian-loyal and previously huge supports on NCL with 11 cruises on NCL but our recent week on the EPIC has changed that commitment. If this is the post COVID level of service for NCL we will be cruising the competition! The ship was very full, which just means more people to meet and enjoy BUT not while waiting for hours to get a meal or see a show! Our room was only cleaned occasionally during the week. The shows were very few for a ship of this size and often closed due to capacity being reached. The two comics were funny but the adult shows were a repeat of night one for each comic. Burn the floor is great dancing but no story is told. The toilet system was down twice during the week at night. The plan to embark at ports is terrible. The elevators are overfill. NCL might consider talking to chick filet on how to move customers mere effectively. They NCL joke about you could be on Carnival isn’t so funny after this experience. NCL should re-evaluate the experience on the EPIC before Carnival can make that joke funny
