Let’s start with the room. The bed sheets were untidy and had hairs attached to the sheets, the phone was dirty, the key fob didn’t work, so we were locked out of the room. The second day, the hinges fell off the door, and they had to move us. They cancelled our costa Maya destination we paid for and made it a boat day, which was boring, so we slept the entire day, and only woke for lunch and dinner. They also left Cozumel at 3:30 instead of 5p which was what the itinerary stated. The navigation of the boat didn’t seem convenient. The food was mediocre. They did not have a variety of different types of music other than to accommodate Latino and pop. Most of the time they played background music, which sounded like elevator music. I’m not saying it was the worst experience, just not my type of party. It was mostly 55+ and we were a younger couple traveling. Everyday I had charged on my account that I had to have removed daily. Honestly, the highlight of our trip was hondorus. The beaches were absolutely beautiful. And last but not least, they charged me $245 for three 5 min phone calls to home. I don’t think I would ever travel in this ship again. Seemed to be more of a money hungry adventure than all inclusive.

Cabin Review
