Cabin:

I have been on 10 cruises before this one, none of which were a Royal Caribbean cruise so I wanted to try RC. I was expecting it to actually be better than most of the cruises I have been on, as that is what my friends had experienced. However, it was the worst we had ever been on. The list is so long, but here it is.

1. My son received his GC for Christmas, so he “redeemed” his around 01/01/2023 but it never showed up on his account once he downloaded the app. We waited in line at Guest Services several times trying to straighten it out and after several days, the corporate office in Miami supposedly added it to his account, but it never showed up in time.

2. I preordered a case of water to be in my room upon arrival. It wasn’t there. After getting no answer by calling Guest Services, I had to again wait in line! It was later delivered finally.

Cabin Review

Only 1 set of plugs in the whole room is crazy! Beds were hard as a rock.
