The NCL (minus 2) STAR was not passenger friendly.
NCL should reconsider the FREESTYLE approach. Having standards is a GOOD thing. We spent a lot of money for this cruise and I did not get what I expected
The three positive were, the crew was great, service was excellent, and the excursions were first rate

The bed and pillows caused back and neck pain. The sofa was uncomfortable and there was not a chair to use.
