Worst cruise I've ever been on

I have been on numerous cruises throughout the world, most of which I greatly enjoyed. This experience with Hurtigruten on a supposed 17 night Antarctica cruise was the worst vacation experience of my life. I found the food so bland as to be inedible by the third day, and in general I found the personnel, especially management, to be dismissive and unfriendly. The journey down the coast of Chile was marketed to highlight amazing ports and vistas, but I found the ports, especially Puerto Eden, to be extremely boring; with Puerto Eden consisting of a 30 minute walk on a boardwalk to see nothing but junk. The highly anticipated journey through the bulk of the Chilean fjords ended up scheduled in pitch darkness...how about that for a vista? And the ship never made it to Antarctica! I found Hurtigruten representatives in Seattle to be completely dismissive of my complaints. I would think very carefully before traveling on this ship or with the cruise operator.
