Cabin: Premium Balcony
I was on this ship for the corona cruise 3/13/2020 so I gave it another chance a few weeks ago. Most of it, especially customer service, was a colossal failure.

Cabin was fine and attendant was top notch. Balcony was in bad shape and maintenance was making un-requested repairs for half the trip.
