First cruise since Covid hit, we decided to re-start with a newer ship. Sailed on the Carnival Freedom 8 years ago and were pleasantly surprised with the overall experience.

First impression was positive, ship is beautiful, size wasn’t intimidating as we’ve been on Symphony of the Seas in the past. We did find the lack of a true Centre atrium a bit strange, there’s an open theatre mid ship upon decks 6 and 7 as opposed to a more fancy focal point as on other ships. Perhaps being Carnival, much intended.

Pros

Cabin Review

As stated, very small bathroom, but awesome shower and storeage space! Patio door type balcony door was very convenient, no opening/closing issues space wise. Very small night tables, almost non functional. Lots of plugs and ports.
