This is my third Norwegian cruise, and it will be my last. Our itinerary changed several times before we sailed. They took away Virginia and added in Miami, then took away Miami. When we were at Cape Canaveral they added Miami back and took away Bermuda (weather related).

The NCL application (9.95 per person) worked inconsistently. Everything I went to use it, I needed to disconnect and reconnect. There were outdated maps - showing a rock climbing wall and Jimmy Buffet Maegaretiville restaurant which were no longer there. The app kept saying that we were leaving Miami at 8pm but it the actual time was 6pm.

The "freestyle" dining was a disaster. You need a reservation for everything. The apps wouldn't let you make reservations, so you had to either call the desk or wait on line to speak to someone to try and get a reservation. The sushi place and noodle place were only open 1.5 hours during lunch so if you didn't get in when they opened you weren't likely getting in before they closed. If you buy specialty dining use it early in the trip or you might not be using it at all.
