Boarding was very organized and accomplished with no problems. Disembarking was a nightmare. We were sent to a deck to stand in the hallway with no seating, even for disabled. Food was average but care of the room was much less than usual, as we only saw our room steward 3 times total. We had asked for a bucket of ice on the first day and finally received it on day three. We thought maybe Breeze was a training ship for some workers. Cruise director was so bad that he made an announcement during a show in the Ovation theater, stopping the show. Shows were well below average. Ports of call all went off without a hitch. Everyone in the dining areas were very polite and good at their job. We will probably cruise with Carnival again, but never on the Breeze. We just hope this is not an example of what other Carnival ships are to become.
