This was our 17th cruise on many different lines (Carnival, Celebrity, Cunard, Holland America, NCL and Royal Caribbean) and wanted to try Princess to see if it’s any better.

We flew from Ontario to Ft. Lauderdale the day before the cruise and stayed at the Hampton Inn Airport North which was great.

Embarkation/Disembarkation –The embarkation was delayed by almost 2 hours due to a Norovirus outbreak on the previous cruise but was efficient and well organized. The disembarkation was less than 10 minutes - the fastest ever! Bravo Princess :)

Cabin Review

No sitting area with a sofa (which is standard in all balcony cabins I've had) and the bathroom was tiny with the old round/tube shower and cloth shower curtain where you can’t even bend over – you put the soap on the walls and spin!!! The bed was super comfy and the open closet area was roomy but we didn’t have loungers on our big, corner balcony which was disappointing.
