We happened upon this cruise as the orginal cruise ship we had booked on - which was being renovated - was not ready on time. We were by no means disappointed and feel we had a marvellous experience. The ship is essentially very new. it only saw six months service, then COVID shut it down for over two years, so it has very good feel.

We only did the seven night cruise and not the longer tour being offered by Emerald. Watching life on the Mekong River go by our window was really interesting

The suites were very well laid out and equipped. The meals and overall food offerings were plentiful & diverse under the very talented Balinese chef Jaya. The off-ship tours - most included and sometimes two a day - were generally of a high standard and very well-handled. Read more
