We were on the Seven Seas Splendor for 11 nights beginning January 21, 2023 from MIami. We have been on many cruises but this was only our second Regent cruise after enjoying our first on the Explorer.

Embarkation was relatively quick after parking in the Terminal J parking garage across the street from terminal J. We arrived around 11:45 and after a short wait we checked in and were on the ship. I think we got into our cabin around 1:30. (when we returned to Miami we arrived at Terminal B so we had to take a bus to our parked car but it was done relatively quickly)

Muster drill was the old fashion way where you had to review the video beforehand and then show up at your muster station. We were asked to sit in the coffee connection area but we heard a person talking about instructions from the Meridian lounge but of course could not really hear what they were saying.......everything said on the general announcement was just a repeat from the video....and it took more than 30 minutes which created much appropriate grumbling from folks around us. We know this is supposed to be about safety but really added nothing!!!
