This was my first cruise ever in my life and will unfortunately be my last! I was very discouraged in so many things on this ship. First the check in process in Galvaston TX was a cattle call with no organization and the agents were rude and just screamed at you for you to get in line. That was the first impression. The food was good as long as you ate in the resturant every night. The rest of the food was cafe style and long lines. All the ports were crowded and gross and the locals wouldn't stop harassing you as soon as you walked off the ship. The "teen-clubs" were a joke and we had our teenage daughter with us and she went missing one night until 1:30 am because the man in charge let them out and then they were roaming about the ship all night! My husband and I were so angry we went to security and there was a significant language barrier with the security guard. We discovered the older kids were under age drinking and harrassing my daughter and the other younger kids. There was even a physical altercation between two of the older boys. NOTHING was done!!!! Overall was the worst experience of our lives! The cabins were dirty and dated. I think Carnival needs to stop sugar coating everything and deal with the major issues happening on this ship!!!

Cabin Review

Premium Vista Balcony

Our cabin was dated and dirty and the furniture had rips and tears in it there was no "luxury" whatsoever! The only thing that made our cabin not feel like a coffin was that we had a balcony.

Port Reviews

Freeport

This port was gross visually and when you got on land you were harrassed aggressively by the locals.

Nassau

This port was especially scary! My 11 yr old daughter and I went to buy some t-shirts and went to the open market while there a local man selling something out of his plastic bags was very aggressive and grabbed my arm and send he would like to "escort me to an ATM" I thought we were about to be kidnapped or worse! I screamed at him to get off me and then we ran back to the ship without any gifts! This behavior is unacceptable!

Half Moon Cay

After an uncomfortable ride in the small boat to get to the island we had to walk miles down the beach just to get away from the crowds and chaos to go swim in peace! When we went back to reboard the boat, my daughters were sitting under a table and umbrella relaxing while I went shopping and a large woman with a purple "staff" shirt yelled at them for no reason and made them cry!!! I reported her behavior immediately to a supervisor and that person knew exactly who I was talking about and even told me they've had many complaints about this person!! If these types of people don't like there jobs then they shouldn't be interacting with guests let alone being so aggressive with children!!!
