Sail Date: Feb 2023

I recently sailed on the Regal Princess from February 12th-19th 2023 on a 7 day Eastern Caribbean cruise which stopped in Princess Cays, Bahamas, ST. Thomas, US Virgin Islands, and ST Kitts & Nevis. I have previously sailed with Princess before once and had a pleasant experience. I have also sailed on Celebrity and Royal Caribbean on about 6 cruises total for comparison purposes in this review as well. This is my first review in general writing about a ship.

The embarkation & debarkation process coming on/off the ship was very smooth and improved from previous times cruising. I will give our Housekeeping man "Rolan" 5 stars as we went above and beyond each day with towels, ice buckets etc. He was one of the few bright spots onboard personality and work ethic wise.

I'll give you a quick summary now on what made this cruise disappointing in many different categories. One of the main things I was disappointed about was the onboard entertainment/shows. I found that they were too quick and some of the shows described acts which didn't match the performance. Also on the pool deck entertainment was very quiet and not entertaining with minor events and music performances which some were pre-recorded with a guy pretending to play a guitar lol. The comedian was good but he only played 2/7 nights of cruise. I felt like I had to make my own entertainment.
