It was our 49th Wedding Anniversary, wanted to do something special. Have done Alaska, Mexico with Carnival, Princess, Royal Caribbean. First time to go to Miami and first time with Norwegian Cruise Line.
NCl Encore is by far the best one. The Crew at The Manhattan Room , in the Garden Buffet, Savor room are polite, friendly, always greeted us with a smile or a song. They are very efficient and helpful. We noticed the Women Crew were presentable with their nice makeup and uniform and nice scarfs.
Encore is beautifully designed and modern. The Observation Deck ... with many comfortable seatings to relax and large windows for a nice view. And 1 night .. while strolling and discovering different parts of the Encore .. we heard a beautiful sound from David, singing and playing the Piano ... so relaxing and his voice was soothing.
Cabin Review
Inside
Room was greatly design and it met our needs. We chose the inside cabin .. midship. Rooms were clean, good comfortable bed. Water pressure in shower were great .. Nice shelves to keep our toiletries stuff. Closet was just right for our clothes. Ample shelving in closet.
